Nicole’s philosophy is based on a whole body approach to wellness, prevention, and restoration. She believes that every client deserves a specialized, comprehensive system for re-education and healing. Treatments start with an in depth assessment and consultation to evaluate symptoms and customize a specific course of action. The client-therapist relationship is not only where that path begins, it’s the key to success. Nicole looks beyond the common dynamics and considers a wide range of factors that could be at the source of her clients’ pain or discomfort. Currently, the world is turning to more natural, alternative medicine and approaches to reach their health and wellness goals. To advocate this new fundamental, Nicole has created extensive training programs and massage treatment plans for on-site work and home self-care.
Nicole’s fitness philosophy is based on one-on-one training or group training. Nicole’s fitness method is comprised of a unique combination of cardiovascular, strength, balance, functional movements, neuromuscular re-education, and resistance training. Nicole creates customized program for each client that combine these disciplines to meet the individual goal of the client- it’s about creating YOUR BEST HEALTH!
